For under $15, this de-matting rake is a must have for any Doodle Owner. Even with regular grooming, and brushing, there are some problem areas to watch out for. Just at the base of the ears, on the legs, the tail, and even the muzzle. I, personally own the Safari, and it has never let me down. Link HERE. This tool should be handled with care! Keep your hand and all fingers on the handle! Do not grip with your thumb.
Carefully slide the teeth of the comb behind the mat, close the skin.
Gently "Rock the Rake" back and forth as you saw through the mat.
Repeat until you can comb a regular comb through the coat like butter!
